It is important for us to be provided the name, full address as well as email and telephone number of the manufacturer or exporter. Our correspondent in the country will be in contact in order to coordinate the collection and transport of the goods.
*FCL / LCL
From a small volume to a full container, we are able to transport whatever you want.
Once the contact with the manufacturer or exporter is established, we organise the loading and transport to the port of departure. The goods will be cleared for export at the customs office of exit, and then shipped.
All responsibility for costs up to this point must be agreed upon prior to shipping.
If is the exporter who paid, you have agreed a price FOB (Free On Board), all costs until the goods are on the ship or aircraft, are paid by the exporter. If instead you paid from the beginning, you have agreed a price EXW, you pay since leaving the factory itself.
*FREIGHT
If you have purchased FOB or EXW, we hired the best freight possible, considering the price, output frequency, transit time, offering always the best choice for your import.
Upon arrival at the port of destination, the unloading from the ships or planes begins. If your shipment is a full container (FCL) it will be deposited in one of the terminals. If it is a partial container (LCL) it will be transported to our warehouse. In either case, the next step will be custom clearance.
Nevertheless, before proceeding, please note that you may receive your goods with all the expenses already paid from the factory to this point. That means you will have purchased CIF (Cost Insurance Freight). In that case the exporter might have organised the shipment with another transport company.
So our work would begin here, at the port of arrival, before customs clearance.
Once past customs, you will be regularly contacted to facilitate date times and instructions. On the date agreed, you will receive the goods.

Exporting is selling abroad. And it is where the shipping begins. Depending on the departure time we will collect the goods from your warehouse and transport it to the port of departure. Once inside the harbour, we load the goods in the customs area to arrange customs clearance.
*FCL / LCL
From a reduced volume to a full container we can transport whatever you want.
From here, the goods will have customs cleaning, been brought to the ship or plane on which it will travel.
If you have agreed with your client FOB price (Free On Board) the expenses that will have incurred up to this point will be charged to you. However, if you have agreed price EXW (At the factory) your client will be responsible for payment.
*FREIGHT
If you sold CIF freight will hire the best possible, considering the price, output frequency, transit time, offering always the best choice for your export.
After having travelled the goods arrives to the port. If you have agreed on the price CIF (Cost Insurance Freight) the expenses that have incurred from the factory to the port of arrival, just before landing, will be put through your account. Normally your client and his customs agent will handle the import clearance in that country's customs offices as well as the final transport.
Once past customs clearance, the goods is delivered to its destination.
